Procedure for registration

1. To register to the conference you will need a Sciencesconf.org account. If you do not have one, please refer to the following address to create your account in a few steps: https://portal.sciencesconf.org/user/create

2. Once your account is created, please go back to the conference website (jcc2025.sciencesconf.org) and log in. The Login button is on the top right hand corner. Enter your username and password, then validate. You will subsequently redirected to your personal page where you will be able to register to the conference by clicking the My Registration button in the My Space section. Fill in the form and submit your registration.

Scholarships

The Division de Chimie de Coordination (DCC) will awards a number of scholarships to their young members (Master, PhD students and post-docs) to cover the registration fee to participate to the conference. For more information on how to apply, please visit the following websites:

Registration fees

The registration includes:

• Participation to the conference
• Conference material
• Lunches (Wednesday 27^th and Thursday 28^th)
  
• Coffee breaks
• Poster sessions and cocktail buffets

All rates are VAT free.

* Master and PhD students, and postdoctoral fellows

** Permanent and fixed-term academic staff

Payment methods

Payment of the registration fees can be made by using one of the following methods:

Registration confirmation

Confirmation of registration will be sent by email upon receipt of payment or original purchase order form.

If a pro forma invoice is needed to issue your purchase order, please contact jcc2025@sciencesconf.org and Marcello Gennari, treasurer of the DCC-SCF (Marcello.Gennari@univ-grenoble-alpes.fr).

Cancellation policy 

 For any registration cancellation request, the following fees will apply:

* 50% of the registration fees for any cancellation received by November 15th, 2024.

* no refund after November 15th, 2024.
